Mayacamas Vineyards was first founded in 1889 by John Henry Fisher and was renamed to its current title back in 1941. The estate has been producing high-quality and balanced wines for over fifty years and focuses on early harvests, meticulous farming, and use of neutral oak to keep wines bright and vibrant. This nearly ten-year-old Cab is aging well yet still has plenty of time left to develop. Notes of red fruit, plums, cedar, and graphite dominate the palate and will evolve gorgeously over the next 5-10 years. Lay this one down.
