Fruit is traditionally farmed and carefully vinified with judicious use of oak. ‘Les Grisieres’ is savory and spicy, marked by concentrated notes of blackberries, cracked black pepper, and smoked meats. 20% whole clusters add pleasant texture, while prominent acid keeps the wine refreshing
